Today, I am getting ready to put up a quart of pickled banana peppers and a couple quarts of dill pickles! I am so excited that I can put this stuff up to get us through the winter. I am not very good at the actual canning process, so I freeze, dehydrate and pickle instead.  I will be making sun dried tomatoes soon too.  I love this time of year.

I found the banana pepper recipe at Cucina Kristina and the refrigerator dill pickle recipe at The Creekside Cook.
I will post pictures when I have everything ready!
